SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is calculated at checkout for most items. Some items are shipped FREE depending on promotions.
We ship via Purolator for larger items such as Cornhole boards, with insurance and tracking numbers provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at the time of payment, as this will be the address to which we will ship our products. The shipping address MUST be provided in the SHIPPING section at checkout. Any address provided in the notes will not be used without written confirmation. Changes of address that occur after payment must be provided in writing by e-mail or telephone and written confirmation of the change will then be provided.
Any parcel reshipment costs incurred after the parcel has left our facilities will be charged to the customer.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will handle every problem/refund on a case-by-case basis to make our customer completely satisfied!
Any anomaly with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the package. Failure to report deviations in a timely manner may result in non-corrective action.
For items in stock, if the customer is not satisfied and wishes to return the item for a refund, the customer must return the item within 3 working days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of the selling price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. In the event of shipping damage, see below.
For all custom orders, a proof must be approved by the customer prior to purchase (please see proof policy below). By approving the proof, the customer agrees that everything about their custom order, including but not limited to: design, color, upgrades, bag colors, etc., will be exactly as they want it. There are no refunds for personalized orders. In the event of shipping damage, see below.
*Any shipping damage must be reported within 2 to 3 days of receipt of shipment in order to properly file a claim with Purolator.
ADD UPGRADES TO IMAGES IN THE LIST
** All ads are a base price for the design in the ad images. Any additional upgrades shown in the photos are not included in the base price. Please add the desired upgrades and accessories to your basket before proceeding to checkout.
PROOF POLICY
**Upon receipt of a Cornhole LX proof model, be sure to check the following items:
– Spelling of first and last names
– Appointments
– Colors
– Logos
– General design layout
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to fully check the proof for any errors, spelling mistakes, etc. Cornhole LX is unable to accept responsibility for any errors after a file has been approved for production.
**Please take into account requests to modify proofs. These can require a significant investment of time. After submission of the initial proof, we authorize 2 subsequent modifications to the first proof. Any additional proof or design modifications will require a $20 design fee. Once a design has been agreed and a set has been paid for, please allow 2-4 weeks for completion and delivery of the set. All our high-quality boards are made to order, so it takes time to process the order, build the order and have it delivered.
COLOR MATCHING
Due to color variations between screens, there may be a slight difference between digital proofs and finished products. If you have specific colors in mind, a Pantone color number, paint chip or fabric sample (a snail will be mailed to us) will help us make the best color selection decisions.
Copyright of all designs and verbiage remains with Cornhole LX. It is an infringement of copyright to copy any of our designs or verbiage in whole or in part. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the printed reproduction of any material, logos, drawings, wordings, which are submitted by the customer and used in the design.

Cornhole Lx. is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury or death, resulting from the storage, transportation or use of our games or products. By using or owning our products, you accept these conditions.
